Known as Baby Lock® Canada, the company has a vast distribution network across Canada and is recognized by its dealers for its quality and service.
After a thorough and proactive marketing process the successful purchaser was Tacony Corporation from St. Louis, Missouri. Tacony already represents Baby Lock® in the USA and also distributes a number of other products, such as vacuum cleaners, ceiling fans and commercial floor care equipment under other brand names worldwide.
The synergies that Tacony brings to the table will undoubtedly make Baby Lock® Canada even more successful.
